Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from carefully selected olives, harvested at optimal ripeness and processed within a short time after harvest. Extraction is carried out exclusively by mechanical and cold processes, without chemical treatment, in full compliance with international extra virgin olive oil standards.

The oil presents stable physicochemical parameters (free acidity ≤ 0.4%, peroxide value within regulatory limits) and a clean sensory profile, with balanced fruitiness and no organoleptic defects. Full traceability is ensured from origin to final packaging.

The product is bottled in food-grade glass bottles designed to protect the oil from oxidation and light exposure. Available formats include 250 ml, 500 ml, and 750 ml, suitable for retail distribution, food service, and private label programs. Packaging, labeling, and specifications can be adapted to meet destination market regulations and client requirements.
