As a decision-making and governance body, the Board of Directors plays a key role in shaping the general strategic directions of CEPEX and significantly contributes to achieving the expected levels of performance.
The Board continuously monitors and assesses CEPEX’s strategic orientations and plans, particularly its funding choices and public fund management policies, ensuring that all management actions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The CEPEX Board of Directors plays a significant role in the decision-making process aimed at achieving the organization’s strategic objectives. Its responsibilities encompass key areas such as financing methods, spending policies, activity programs, public procurement approvals, and human resources management. It also oversees all management actions within its mandate, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Audit missions at CEPEX are conducted internally by a specialized unit directly reporting to the General Management and complemented by a statutory auditor, a member of the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants. This structure ensures high-quality control and guarantees the reliability of financial information.
These audit bodies also play a crucial role in assisting the Board of Directors in overseeing the integrity of financial statements, financial reporting processes, and the organization's financial policies.
