Founded in 2005
Huilerie el Allem is a family run business founded in 2005. It is one of the leaders companies in Tunisia in the field of producing, bottling and exporting Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the region of Sahel, the most famous region of the Oil production in Tunisia.
Mr Hechmi HMIMED and his son MrAnis HMIMED start this project with allot of ambition and passion. Their management skills and their commitments led the company to a very rapid business expansion.

C’est dans cette région emblématique du Sahel tunisien, reconnue pour la richesse de son patrimoine oléicole, que la famille LARABI, originaire de Jammel, a posé les fondations de son savoir-faire en 1972. Animée par une passion profonde pour la terre et ses fruits, elle s’est consacrée à l’extraction d’une huile d’olive authentique, selon des méthodes traditionnelles rigoureuses.
Aujourd’hui, la SOCIÉTÉ EZZITOUNA OIL DU SAHEL TUNISIEN perpétue cet héritage avec exigence et vision, en alliant la noblesse des traditions ancestrales aux avancées technologiques les plus modernes.

L’extraction à froid, réalisée à l’aide d’équipements de dernière génération en acier inoxydable, permet de préserver l’intégrité des arômes, la richesse nutritionnelle et la pureté naturelle de l’huile.
