Each year, FOPRODEX supports a significant number of Tunisian businesses in their export efforts. The fund finances a wide range of promotional activities, actively contributing to the development of Tunisia’s foreign trade.
Since its establishment in 1984, FOPRODEX, which is supported by the State and managed by CEPEX, has continuously evolved to help Tunisian businesses in expanding into international markets.
Creation of FOPRODEX under Law N° 84-84 of December 31, 1984.
: Law No. 87-83 of December 31 1987 (Finance Law for 1988) introduced a tax in favor of the Export Promotion Fund, Article 49.
Decree No. 98-674 of 16 March 1998, amending Decree No. 85-944 of 22 July 1985, which sets the conditions and procedures for granting support from the Export Promotion Fund, as previously amended by Decree No. 88-678 of 24 March 1988.
